  My role is to support 12-18 year olds who are referred to the service for 12-16 weeks. Usually they are in a crisis with their mental health and are at risk of being admitted to an inpatient unit. My role is to support the young people to be able to manage at home and in the community to avoid an inpatient admission. My strengths are working on self-esteem, anxiety, risk management, coping skills/strategies and re-framing negative thoughts.
