  Responsible for overseeing the day to day operational function of the organisation. I provide support to 12 Registered care home managers and 1 internal Behavioural support manager. Together we work in partnership with external organisations to ensure that the residents and service users receive good quality support. My role includes the following:• Reviewing Planning for future service delivery to ensure that quality standards are continuously improved for our service users and resident.• Reviewing processes (Supervision, Appraisals) around staff performance ensuring all employees understand roles, expectation and clear alignment of the strategic aims of the organisation. • Working in partnership with Senior Manager to ensure employees understand their value and aims within the organisation as well as promote recruitment and retention.• Project planning, resource management and SMART planning with 10 Registered Group Home managers and 1 Behavioural Support Manager to ensure desired goals are met.• Supporting personal development of existing and future managers to enhance skills and support succession planning. • Risk management around compliance throughout services and proactive planning to minimise risks and future delivery of service.• Strategic planning with Managing Director around future social care provisions required to support individuals with Learning Disabilities (New Nursing Unit)• Contingency planning for areas of growth within the organisation, taking into account market stimulation and resource shortage on island.• Lead teams of managers to promote the Vision, Mission and values of the organisation, both internally and externally.• Oversee and monitor budgets and funding across service and reporting projected changes directly to the MD.
