Donna was an incredible and terrific motivator. Constantly full of energy and ready to support you and your team in order to transfer value, passion and beyond. She is a Great team event organizer (team building, convention, training session at high al lower level, etc). She had always full passion and expertise in everything what she has done. I can only strongly recommend to have her in the own team.

I worked with Donna while she was in charge of learning and development in the KellyDeli group. Donna is completely unique, she is super positive, enthusiastic and full of energy, which drives everybody around her. She has a very refined understanding of human beings that makes her particularly efficient at performing her responsibilities. She for instance contributed a lot in terms of Facet 5 teambuilding activities with my own team. Only to cite a few achievements: - she created the KellyDeli Academy and relevant processes to ensure our partners meet the group's requirements, - she developed induction program workshops and training materials in food safety and sales capabilities, - she ensured that KellyDeli people go through process solutions (e.g. leadership, negotiations skills, etc.), and - she organised business summits and events relating to corporate culture for the whole group. I would not hesitate to recommend her and it was real pleasure working with her.
