Donna is a forward thinker and communicator and is a true advocate for donation and transplantation. Her compassion and dedication make her an incredible addition to any team.
Anthony iezzi,
I had the opportunity to work with Donna for about 6 years at MTN. Donna was one of the people in Donation Services that her team could always rely on. Over the years I remember hearing her team members talking about Donna going above and beyond to help out whenever someone was sick, call volume was high, or bad weather was preventing people from making it in. Donna was also always ready to support her team by using her experience and skills to help with difficult calls and to assist new team members learn the ins and outs of the job. Being in IT, I spent a good amount of time over the years in Donation Services working with the team through various technology requests and would see and hear how Donna would interact with the team and with hospitals and families on the phone. She was always very professional and caring, even during the most difficult situations, and always remained calm under pressure. Her team and managers said on several occasions how they could rely on Donna and how much of a value she provided to the team. Donna would always put families first and truly cared about the family and the outcome of each case. All of her coworkers had the highest respect and admiration for Donna and her smile and energy were infectious and it is my pleasure to right this recommendation for her.
