I met Donna on my first day at Arcadis. I walked into roomful of people gathered for a weeklong Arcadis Way workshop. Donna introduced herself to me and then introduced me to other team members. I really enjoyed working with her throughout the ANA Oracle design, testing and implementation. Her guidance in helping a newbie understand the organization enabled me to be an effective part of the change. She was a great mentor during the three and a half years we worked together. I always appreciate her ability to take a complex situation and break it down to critical steps. Her knowledge in project management will continue to be a strong asset in any challenge she takes on.
