  Here We Are Jamaica is one of several local chapters of Here We Are Global, an organization focused on enhancing dual carriers. Part of a team of four, our goal at HWAJ is to connect professionals on the move through events and initiatives aimed at making a lasting social impact in Jamaica.   As Risk Programs Researcher I am responsible for delivering deep insights about the risk management challenges k-12 and higher education institutions face so I can develop impactful, actionable programs and tools for managing risk. I use a variety of research methods to understand training and liability prevention needs with respect to risk management programs, with a particular focus on online learning programs, educational workshops, and benchmarking and assessment surveys.
