Donna D'Amato is an excellent finance executive. She is very passionate about her work. She always gives 100%. If I were looking for someone to be my controller to help my start up company off the ground I would definitely hire Donna. When the EVP/CFO at National Fish & Wildlife was looking for someone in his Finance Group I recommended Donna to him and he was eternally grateful. We work with a lot of early stage Life Science companies and Donna D'Amato would bring her vast experience to help early stage companies be compliant and grow.

I have known Donna for many years both professionally and personally. We started as co-workers where, together we bridged a gap of communication between finance (her department) and accounting (my department), this open communication between departments that hadn’t really been there before, helped smooth major problems. Years later she became my manager when she hired me to work for her at Aeras, where I worked for her for 11 years. She is a dedicated and loyal professional that strives for perfection. Her goal for any team she leads or is a member of, is full understanding and open communication. She helps her team become the best they can be with her guidance and tutelage. She manages to stay extremely detailed oriented even in an ever changing fast paced environment. Her work is exceptional and I truly believe she is an asset to any company that has her in their organization. On a side note I know she loves accounting more than anyone I know and integrates it into any all aspects of her life.
