Global Inside Sales Coordinator supporting all sales staff, reps and OEM with the quoting and processing of new orders from quote to ship. Prepare all US and International shipping documentation including the required customs documents (including Carnets, Commercial Invoices, SEDs and Certs of Origin). Meet daily with the production floor on the status of all open orders and update the field and customers of expected deliveries. Assist AR with collections and meet weekly to review aging. Maintain multiple spreadsheets on sales activity. Assist the GM with daily request. Customer Support Coordinator supporting the field and customers with all inquires regarding defective equipment. Process documentation and prepare to send the replacement parts. Maintain the travel schedule for the US and international field service engineers for their site visits. Prepare travel arrangements for incoming visitors/customers.

Duties included but not limited to managing permanent and seasonal staff, inventory control, maintaining store stock levels, attending managers meetings, assisted all store managers and District Managers with merchandise recalls and stock re-leveling, traveled to US locations for new store acquisitions and vendor sites. Kay Jewelers was sold to Ratner and moved the home office to Ohio.
