This is a newly created position to expand and lead the Butler Rose Procurement business across the UK. Butler Rose Procurement is a specialist procurement recruitment business, providing customers with permanent, interim and fixed-term recruitment solutions. We work on both a retained and contingent basis. We recruit across the full end-to end procurement cycle, and at all levels from entry-level through to Procurement Leadership roles: • Procurement Leadership (CPO’s, Heads of Procurement, Procurement Directors, Heads of Category) • Procurement Change and Transformation • Outsourcing and Offshoring (ITO, BPO) • Category Management – Indirect, Direct, IT & Corporate Services • Strategic Sourcing • Procurement Management • Buyers • Vendor Management and Supplier Relationship Management • Third-Party Governance • Contract and Commercial Management • Procurement Operations (P2P, S2P, Procurement Tools, Systems and Analytics) • Procurement administration In addition to recruiting and leading the team, I will develop our senior procurement relationships and recruit into senior procurement roles. We are currently hiring a number of individuals to be part of the exciting Butler Rose Procurement journey so I'm very keen to talk to experienced recruiters. We are a highly flexible business and are able to offer exceptional career opportunities for the right individuals. Butler Rose has been established since 2014 and has experienced huge success across multiple markets and geographies. The business has been heavily specialised across finance and accounting and more recently procurement and broader supply chain. The team has grown significantly and there are ambitious plans for the next few years.
