I worked very closely with Donna on the implementation of a new colleague engagement platform. Donna was new to the business but was extremely proficient and keen to understand the internal requirements and she quickly built a working knowledge of our very large and complex organisation (not an easy task!). Any issues I raised with Donna were promptly addressed and resolved; enabling us to deliver the project on time. I also found Donna was very diplomatic in managing various stakeholder requests, ensuring we felt listened to but always keeping the overall objectives and vision on track. Her knowledge and career experience from other companies was also invaluable; providing new ideas and challenging our ways of working, which ultimately benefited the end user. An absolute pleasure to work with you Donna!

At British Airways, I launched an innovative digital workspace to 50,000 colleagues. The platform included an integrated chatbot and AI capability, with a focus on video content. My role was to firstly present to teams to gain buy-in for the new platform. I then worked to train all content owners with face to face and Office365 training sessions, nationally and internationally. Acting in a Business Partner capacity, I worked with teams to design and re-purpose their best content to showcase areas of expertise in the very best light. Due to tight timescales, the project, delivered using Agile, was fast-paced which required sound judgement and quick thinking on my feet. The project was delivered to time and specification with outstanding feedback.
