Donghua is a very bright and talented engineer. He is meticulous and extremely dedicated to doing what it takes to help solve often difficult, complex and challenging issues. He has successfully created both embedded code (firmware) and user software for multiple development projects and test equipment. He is very easy to work with and although he is extremely bright is also open to outside input and constructive criticism to make his ideas and designs even stronger (which is quite rare and highly valued).
