Guided the procurement team to provide sourcing support for passing ABB, Siemens, Sony and other main customers’ audits. 4. I drove supplier delivery and quality performance continuous improvement, reduce the lead time and MOQ, increase supplier capacity and extend payment term. 5. I leaded material cost reduction actions to meet -3.5% annual target through by contract negotiation, VAVE and localization. Track team actual saving by monthly PPV report. 6.
