As Chief Representative for MW Industries, Ji Dong established a solid business base for our organization in China. He worked independently to set up our business operations from a one person office. In the course of implementing MW Industries strategies in China, Ji was instrumental in defining and developing new sales partners and business relationships with independent and existing customers. As VP of Sales and Marketing for MW Industries, I met with Ji regularly in the United States at several of our manufacturing locations and at our corporate offices along with the MW Industries CEO and President. Over the course of 5 years, Ji, as Chief Representative and Business Development Director, significantly increased our China business by also expanding new channels for our multiple manufactured products. I always appreciated and was impressed with Ji's business acumen and insights. Ji is personable and displays a business sense that transcends his years. During an ownership change at MW Industries our efforts in China were diminished and Ji made the decision to pursue a second MBA in Belgium.
