  Manage caseload of Defined Contribution plans ranging in size from 1 – 2,000 participants. Communicate directly with Plan Sponsors and manage client relationships. Process contributions, dividends, loan payments, rollovers, hardship distributions, loan distributions and terminations. Perform peer review for compliance work. Prepare ADP/ACP testing, New Comparability allocations, 401(a)(4) Testing and Rate Group Testing. Prepare Form 5330 for late deposits and late corrective distributions Prepare DFVC submission for late Form 5500's Prepare quarterly valuations for Balance Forward clients Research fund mergers/closings to identify any potential effects on investments held within plans, prepare correspondence and notices to plan sponsors and brokers so that they are aware of upcoming changes to investments held by their plan.
