Field notes, photos and property diagrams were used to input appropriate material into the computer-based application to deliver the final report to the insurance carrier. Skill sets used include evaluation of automatic fire sprinkler systems, evaluation of hazardous operations to include auto body shops, woodworking operations, commercial restaurants and various manufacturing operations to ensure adequate controls are utilized and to make recommendations if controls were not in place. Additional experience in fleet management reviews and surveys as well as construction management surveys.
