(6 months) Reviewing processes and contracts allowing to save more than USD 500.000 and USD 300.000/year• Full cost analysis of irregularities & set up a decision tool for operations in case of irregularity - Back to Operational Excellence project - reporting to management board (3 months)• Adapt and automatize the expense notes system within Brussels Airlines with interface with our accounting, HR and payment softwares (5 months)• Helping the marketing department towards a more personalized and 1 to 1 communication approach across our channels, devices and touch points throughout the customer journey (5 months)
