  I was tutoring the course "Work - related Stress & Burnout" for the first year Bachelor Students of European Public Health at the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences of Maastricht University. My duties were to teach the students about how important occupational health is in public health as well as help them to solve the ethical dilemmas and discourses associated with workplace health promotion. The topics within this module were: workplace health and safety, stress and burnout theories, determinants of stress and burnout, the measurement of stress and burnout, interventions with regard to occupational mental health, European developments in the field of occupational (mental) health, and institutionalization and legislation.   Tutoring the course of "Academic Thinking and Skills" helped students set realistic goals in their future carer. I had a chance to improve my own professional behavior and make a progress of managing groups of more than 10 people. The material of the tutorials was focusing on finding numerous ways to promote productivity and learning.
