Donald worked on my back office & supply chain program management PM team at Asurion in two roles: 1) SCM Continuous Improvement 2) SCM Project Manager for Europe. 1) As the SCM Continuous Improvement project manager, Donald was very well organized and maintained delivery across multiple departments who required changes to monthly Microsoft AX in a very high-demand, fast paced environment. He worked autonomously with business leads to form strategy and prioritize their changes, and plan the delivery with development/QA leads. Donald would also organize the release & validation plans which required late hours, and he did so without any complaints. Donald committed himself to making this a key position for the change & growth of Asurion Supply Chain Management teams who had a very high demand for technology changes to keep up with. His efforts in this position earned him the opportunity train a successor for this role, which he did very successfully and, ultimately enabled me to put Donald in charge of a very large project in coordination with our Europe offices in London. Travelling internationally, quarterly, Donald successfully managed that project from ideation through implementation & earned a promotion as a result of the outstanding work he accomplished. 2) As the Project Manager in Back Office/SCM - Donald was the lead for multiple projects related to our European offices and their integration with US Supply Chain Operations & Back Office finance. Donald was always a trusted resource to manage his relationships & projects with a high amount of integrity. He received high marks from both project team members and business resources for his work ethic and knowledge. Donald understands the value of Servant Leadership and applies it to his project work, and those around him. I would readily take any opportunity to have Donald back as a team member.
