Bio
Peter Stansfield
I reported directly into Donald on two separate programmes. Donald has the capability to very quickly get up to speed on large scale, complex programmes. This was evident when he took the helm of an in flight programme and successfully steered it to completion, which then became the first Strategic review programme after the merger to complete. A great achievement. Donald is also very adept at managing the competing needs of a wide range of stakeholders, often during intense periods of activity and scrutiny. I learnt a lot from Donald and I really enjoyed the trust and honesty he fostered in the teams he lead.
