I have worked with Donald for approx two years. In his role as a Network Architect he displays many excellent values. He is a great mentor to less experinced colleagues and always makes time to pass on knowledge and advice. He is an excellent colleague to discuss complex customer requirements with. He is an excellent verbal and written communicator and deals well in customer facing engagements, even the challenging ones. He has an outstanding breadth of knowledge not only within the networking area but in IT in general. He is highly self motivated and continues to show eagerness to learn new technoligies and is always keen for new challenges. He has excellent troubleshooting skills, works well under pressure and is an expert network solution architect. Overall an excellent highly reliable person to work with and a great collegaue to have.

We have collaborated on many networking projects over the years and there's no one I would rather work with. Donald has a very broad and indepth networking skill set and has been a great mentor to me since I started working with him at HPE.
