  I analys and process contracts according to the far clause of the contract, then i process the contract by doing research on all parts as they are awarded to our company, i set up RFQs, then a SOs when we are awarded the contract i then finish the process by an invoice to make sure the price are correct and the shipping address to its destination with the proper TCN numbers.   Shipped cargo out of the base by Trucks, Cargo Planes on 463L pallets and by Helicopter and Ships and in Containers, I in gated, and out gated containers. and all cargo shipped oconus, kept and maintain a log on everything that came in and shipped out. kept weekly log on all cargo and a monthly report at the end of the month. and weekly /monthly report to check the scope of work coming in on a monthly basis.
