Determine condition, completeness and serviceability and the nature and extent of required repairs in accordance with proper technical manuals.Train other or less experienced small-arm repairers. Increase the efficiency of the mission, improve the quality-of-work, lower cost of weapons repair and keep small-arm repairers abreast with up-to-date technical manual and modified work order changes.Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
