Don was a fantastic mentor to me at Zane Benefits. He taught me and the other young employees to understand the world of health insurance sales with patience and wisdom. Don was consistently approachable and helpful, and he took his role beyond work in showing us around Park City and its fantastic mountain biking trails. From my point of view, Don was always a source of good sense when it came to developing strategies, and he was often a welcome moderating influence on those who were more excitable... including me at times. I would jump to work for Don again -- he clearly enjoys sharing his wisdom and genuinely cares about his coworkers.
