I had the pleasure of working with Don Crabtree while he represented Valor at my property in Mississippi. Don worked to stabilize and train a new team of officers who delivered a very professional level of service and as result, several officers gained experience that led to successfully being accepted into police roles in nearby municipalities. Under his leadership, the entire team also became FEMA certified which gave all a high level of emergency preparedness. Among his accomplishments, Don was an expert in protocol, managed a precise budget and was a thought leader and a team player in all aspects of our mall's program.
