At Sierra Packaging and Converting we make flexible packaging. I can guarantee that you have contact with our products if you shop. I currently operate, depending on the need of the day or week, 3 generations of Totani pouch machine, 2 generations of Innolok, and 3 generations of slitter (with and without laser etching). I work 12 hour shifts, 6 and 7 days a week. I love my job but I have no life, no family, and my check only looks impressive because of all the hours we work. Search out and develop relarionships with the poor and homeless community; distribute food & clothing and other items and advise them on available resources (when requested); help homeless men and women get off the street. We also escort "civilian" volunteers out into the camps (often where police fear to tread), keep them safe, and assist THEM to develop relationships with a portion of out population who is ignored, ostracized, thrown away and villified...so they will come to see that homeless people are "just" people who could really just use help to get through overwhelming challenges and "rejoin" "respectable society."
