Conducted a university wide review of all payment methods in use to determine their support for the university's aspirations, namely larger e-commerce presence, reducing manual handling and providing a consistent payment experience across the university. To achieve these objectives, I:• Carried out extensive process mapping and review of each payment method’s transaction life cycle across the organisation’s different business units• Reviewed payments data to determine each payment method's level of utility, portability, processing burden for both customers and back office processing, future trends, support for digital sale and delivery of products• Reviewed the university's various business models to determine business change required to support changes in the payments landscape• Produced high level recommendations I have experience of working with short deadlines under significant constraints. During my time at UoL I produced requirements and supported stakeholders through the governance process with projects that required immediate solutions, these included an Emergency Mass Communication solution, PCI DSS Payment Card Compliance for telephone payments and a Direct Debits portal to support local processing.
