Feminist Pen is a non-profit organization seeking to build a community of activists fighting for human equality. My role overview:• Collaborated with 14 individuals from United States, Philippine, Netherlands, India, Pakistan, and UAE to execute international fundraiser campaign in 3 countries; India, Indonesia, and USA.• Conducted prospect research and analyze strategies for outreach through various social media channels; LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Actively immersed myself as an English Instructor for a social project called "Global Playground", held by AIESEC in UGM. This project aimed to accomplish Sustainable Development Goal no. 4 which is "Quality Education". The participants are elementary school students in rural areas around Yogyakarta who don't have access / privilege to learn English. Result:• Collaborated with 14 team members to assist lead teachers with lesson plan creation and materials development for 6 weeks (5 days a week, approx. 20 hrs / week) • Enhanced public speaking skill for teaching in front of groups of 10 – 30 students.• Impacted more than 200 students to learn English (vocabulary & grammar) and other activities such as art and gardening.• Facilitated 4 different schools; Jogja Green School, Muhammadiyah Mantaran Elementary School, Terbansari 1 Public Elementary School, and Tepus Story.
