  -Create an INOC shift rota and ensure it is shared with the technical department promptly.-Assign tasks and incidents to team members and ensure that incidents raised are attended to promptly.-Respond to network outages, incidents, and service degradation, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.-Maintenance of Network QoS through routine checks and optimizations of both the access network and back-hauls.-Generate incident reports and any other infrastructure related reports to measure the performance and availability of the network and use these to continuously improve network operations.-Collaborate with other technical teams, such as Backhaul Service Providers and contractors to ensure that incidents are handled promptly.-Ensure infrastructure contractors carry out their assigned works and duties promptly.-Support the NOC Customer Service, field teams and regional engineers in case of any escalations.-Communicate with stakeholders and business units, to provide updates on network performance and availability. Change Advisory Board(CAB)-Co-ordinate with the CAB manager to review, authorize/approve change requests.-Assessing resources, change impact and readiness to limit risk and provide guidelines on reducing the impact.-Ensure that changes are aligned with organizational policies, standards, and procedures.-Identify key stakeholders and manage communications about major changes.-Ensure that all changes to IT systems and infrastructure are thoroughly evaluated and approved by the CAB.-Ensure that all changes are recorded and tracked.-Ensure that changes are prioritized and scheduled appropriately.
