  I am the mech tech for our debone Dept . I take care of the wingsegmentors- breast skinners and the tendon clipper and sizer and Multi vac and now 3 new CVP Machine and the new wing bagger system from weight tech I also work the tool crib using spread sheets and doing PO and work order and taking care of putting up parts and make sure the stock on the self is wright and the I-Cuts I am the mech tech for our debone Dept .
