I also establish creative partnerships with universities and churches for long-term investment of personnel for TeachBeyond projects. Because of the transitory nature of the administrative personnel who would need to leave BFA for support development (and then shifting all the personnel to fill their absence), the school approached me to fill those vacancies rather than disrupting the other staff roles.
