Don has had a varied background in many different industries, and I think he brought a little piece of knowledge of everything he's done and has been able to put it into practice with the Hurricanes. From when he started with the organization coming out of the 04-05 NHL lockout through the team winning of the Stanley Cup in the 05-06 season, he progressed more quickly than just about anyone I've met in the industry thus far. It seems to come naturally, and his creativity certainly aid in the production process, from concept, through planning/shooting and down to the editing. It's a pleasure to serve shoulder to shoulder with Don in the multi-faceted gem that is Gale Force Media.
