Don is one of the most client focused program managers I have had the pleasure to work with. Not only does he do the right things for his clients, he also does things right. I have always called on Don's engineering expertise when our company had serious technical problems to solve. You count on him in a pinch. He delivers.

Design build and start up an anaerobic digester (plug flow) on an 8000 head dairy farm in AZ. Methane gas used to power a 500KW cogen unit that was tied into the grid. Optimize elec use by running water pumps only at night and feeding the operation by gravity during the day; running milk coolers and ice makers at night, and cooling the milk via the ice during the day; applied digester sludge onto drying beds & harvested solids as fertilizer supplement; recycled flush water. Paid for $2M investment in less than a year.Completed evaluation of centralized composting facility for management of horse manure from high-density, low animal count region.
