Having worked with Don for over a year at Samaritan, I have been highly impressed with his expansive knowledge of the different equipment within the office, as well as his ability manage client intake and discharge smoothly and efficiently. Don has proven to be skilled in customer service, often being the first point of contact for new clients or client who have questions about their billing. Lastly, Don has shown a willingness to help his coworkers with any issue they experience and is a great support in the office.
