  I worked with music staff, as well as administrators, with budget, curiculum, hiring music staff, coordinating schedules, and travel plans. Joplin had 7,300 students and 18 buildings. In our music program, we had 21 muisc staff and 34 performing groups with over 1,700 students participating.
