Our second community is on Taylor Way in West Vancouver, BC, one of Canada’s most affluent cities. It opened in November 2016.   In 1987, Don established Milliken Development Corporation. Initially, the company redeveloped community shopping centres in British Columbia and Alberta. The group’s focus grew from the early 1990’s to the mid 2000’s to exclusively full city block urban developments in central Seattle and Bellevue, Washington. Don’s past five Seattle projects total 2,000,000 sf and are valued at over $420,000,000; they are notable for their true-mixed use, visionary nature and are active and engaging environments that have added substantially to their respective neighbourhoods. Since 2009, Milliken Development Corporation has focused on the development of high-end, private pay, boutique Assisted Living and Memory Care communities for seniors.
