In his role as Vice President of Operations Don has shown me that he is a very capable project manager. His leadership skills are unmatched and unique and he is strict in is his work process and this allows for very good client expectations. Don has a very good knowledge of Risk Based Inspection as well as expert knowledge of the implementation processes. Don has a can do attitude that is rare in industry today and is very easy to work with and has the client’s interest at heart.

Don is a subject matter expert (SME) in Mechanical Integrity Projects. Don is very knowledgeable in Asset Integrity and I admire his know-how from implementing to continue support via the evergreen process. Don has always been immensely helpful in any aspects of Risk-Based or Time-Based program. Don has also provided some training with the most detailed information that was needed to help us future our on-going training needs. I look forward to seeing his continued success in his new journeys.
