Don has supported both the sale of our primary residence as well as the purchase of a rental property. Our primary residence sold in 3 days with multiple offers; we were very happy with the outcome. Our rental property was purchased 'sight unseen'; we needed to make an offer on a property while out of town and relied on Don's judgement to help with the selection of the property.
