I worked closely with Don over the last 5 five years. I helped hire him into Goss Intl and he reported directly to me for the first several years and then as a co-worker for the remainder. I have always found Don to be an extremely competent and dedicated software engineer. He often used his many years of experience to make sure whatever project he was working on was moving in the right direction and helped the rest of his group avoid any pitfalls he had previously encountered. I found his technical expertise, design ability, and coding expertise to always be first rate and I often relied on his advice in solving difficult problems and complex tasks. Don was a pleasure to work with. He will be an asset to any team he is on or company he is at.
