Don has an excellent grasp of all components in the development field. I enjoyed my tenure reporting to him. I learned a great deal from his professional abilities. He can strategically plan the overall vision for a department, as well as, offer valuable details relating to a single piece of the picture (for example, an individual donor). He provides leadership in a team empowering environment. Don's integrity and values are above board. I highly recommend him for a position of leadership (as he is qualified in multiple areas).

His integrity and reliability are above question. Don’s proficiency in his duties and attendance are excellent. I would definitely recommend him! Ron
