As an employee, I was greatly impressed with the way that Don conducts business. His approach is totally honest, with a real focus on providing the customer with the finest service that he can. This flows downward within the organization so that Don also sees himself as a service provider to the employees of Garrity Tool, providing what ever is need to make the job easier and more efficient, and aiding in a higher quality product for the customer. I was laid off from Garrity Tool in July of 2009, but I can tell anyone that I have only had two bosses that I've admired for skill and business philosophy, and Don is one of them.
