I began my second career with CIBC Merchant Visa Department (from call centre to managing key companies), then switched to the CIBC Student Loan Division, which was later transitioned to EDULINX, and later purchased by D+H!!!!!! Serviced the Ontario Student loan portfolio for the GTA, Southwest Ontario and Manitoba Student Aid. Kept strong relationships with the post secondary institutions in the area and deliverd regular powerpoint presentations for those years. Came under budget every year with large volumes of loan collection and lowest error rates in the country. All achieved with a superb temporary staff (January and September loan intakes), some who had worked for me over 10 years.
