I worked for Don in 2010 and 2011. In Don, I found an excellent coaching and mentoring figure. With his math teaching background and an ear for music, nothing escapes Don. He can dive into the intricacies of a deal and help rescue it. He's also a workaholic. And, his ability to manage a geographically dispersed team was amazing - something to aspire to, "for sure."
