Dominic is a proactive leader who collaborates very well with the people around him. He is very open to listening and implementing any new ideas that will help him or his group succeed. He takes initiative with anything that is put in front of him. Dominic is not only a hard worker, but he’s also a quick learner and is willing to go the extra mile to learn anything needed. He keeps his demeanor professional but is friendly to everybody. Dominic treats people with nothing but respect and is always trying to include everybody so nobody feels negatively, which I believe was a great asset of his. I would work with Dominic again in a heart beat if I had the chance. Not only a great worker but a great person on top of that.
