She practices 'total ownership' in every aspect of all that she does - ensuring that I was never brought issues, just well thought out options on how to proceed. With previous experience in both the Consulting and Automotive industries Dom both understands and bridges the Waterfall / Agile divide whilst excelling in Agile Scrum and SAFe implementation. In addition her interpersonal skills and ability to unite and motivate diverse groups of people are second to none.
