As Director for Teaching and Learning, and as Academic Director for the Global Institutes, I witnessed Dominique's strengths in a number of student facing co-curricular and extra-curricular projects. From the development and delivery of intercultural learning outcome oriented study tours at the Global Institutes, Dom's collaborative leadership of study tours (with the onsite academic team) for our London based students ensured logistics and learning coincided in a meaningful and student centred manner. Dom's work with the onsite Student Representative Council also ensured student voices were heard throughout their learning journey, and any challenges that required close collaboration with the team of faculty and onsite academic managers. Dom is a dedicated, calm, and determined leader in student centred services. She is a creative and collegial colleague who is perpetually available to support colleagues and students. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.

In my capacity as CIEE Program Director and also Executive Director Global Institutes, Dominque Webb has worked in my team in the London Global Institute as Student Life Director for the past four years. Dom was overseeing and managing all student life activities and healthy, safety and security concerns for up to 350 study abroad students per term. She previously transitioned from our Study Center in Cape Town were she worked in Student Services department in a junior role. By moving to London four years ago and taking on a new and more challenging role in a new environment, she has proven that she is flexible and can fast-paddle into a new position. She excelled in her director role and lead a small team of assistants and coordinators. Due to the impact of the 2020 pandemic, the London office was significantly reduced and we sadly had to say goodbye to her. Dom is a wonderful colleague and professional in the international higher education that I would highly recommend hiring. She is definitely an asset to every team. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have further questions.
