Next to being a classical percussionist I dedicate my time on learning new instruments. Always focussed on percussion with a love for playing together with other instruments. I like to be all-round and to be an expert in playing marimba. Instruments which I play and own: Marimba, Vibraphone, Orchestral Percussion, Setups, Darbuka, Doumbek, Daf, Tar, Davul, Riq, Udu, Tombak, Pandeiro, Conga's, Gubal, Djembe, Sabar, Cas-Cas, Tamburello. newest instrument: Gubal from Panart. Playground is a collective who combine a club experience with a live performance. Our music is a mix of techno, minimal and film music. We play with everything from both worlds: the newest DJ equipment, colorful percussion, theatrical expression and imaginative compositions. We are currently researching the combination of digital and acoustic sound. We are forming a band of violin, cello, keys, percussion, and computer in which all instruments also perform on electric instruments. Also, we are working on a version for Symphonic Orchestra with a percussion soloist and a DJ soloist. We love collaborations, if you have any ideas, please let me know! Show less
