I am lucky to have the chance to work with Dominique. He is the best Team lead I have ever had. He has exceptional expertise in leadership, coaching, and motivation. I have been hired by him at Belvilla, and I have worked with him ever since, more than two years. He is such an efficient team leader, with a good prioritisation and organisational skills. He is really good at putting the right people together. During his time in Belvilla, he was leading three teams in the same time, and managing successful projects. He has always the potential to help out and share knowledge. Thank you for being such a great leader, we are going to miss you, specially your positive attitude. Dominique earns my highest recommendation!

Dominique is brilliant developer, team lead, mentor and person. We have been working together not so much time, but even this time is enough for me to tell that he is capable of doing different things in very good level. I fully trusted him as my team lead, always knew that I can ask him any type of questions, ask for any advice - and he will try to help with pleasure. He has strong skills in web development. And it's about all aspects of web stack - backend, servers, db, frontend, containers, etc. He was able to setup the whole CI process for new vue.js project, made a lot of improvements to the current deployment process. He suggested and integrated a lot of good initiatives that helped other people (hacking Friday is a good one). He always willing to learn something new and he is really passionate about technologies. I would lovely recommend Dominique on a positions like team/tech lead or solution architect. He was awesome example for all our team and a lot of people showed respect to him. Hope someday we could work together again!
