Dominique worked with us on a racial equity and inclusion assessment. Dominique proved to be a highly skilled strategic thinker, facilitator, and communicator. She helped us identify high-priority areas for our organization, and modeled the skills we need to discuss difficult topics, including racial equity and inclusion. Dominique also made herself available to individuals at every level of the organization, extending beyond what one would normally expect in this type of engagement. Most importantly, Dominique brings a real sense of joy and hope to this work.

My organization worked with Dominique and P3D on the initial 6-month assessment phase for a REI engagement of our fiscal sponsor 501(c)3 environmental organization. Dominique met us where we were, and supported us in moving towards our goal of becoming an anti-racist multicultural organization in order to serve our mission and community most effectively. She modeled and supported us in developing transparency, inclusiveness, compassion, and equity. The adaptive leadership training she took us through has enabled us to implement some of the recommended changes P3D suggested during a time of significant transition and opportunity at the organization, and we plan to contract with P3D on the next phases of strategic planning and implementation.
