I remain impressed with the organization and professionalism exhibited by Dominque. I worked with Mr. Nelson in his capacity as a graduate assistant on the staff of the Tennessee State University woman's basketball program. More than that, I've had countless opportunities to observe his work. I've seen first hand his self-motivation, responsibilities, production and value to the department. He will be a great asset to any progressive organization.

Riley Howard III, M. ED

It has been an honor to have a chance to work with Dominique on numerous projects through our times at Tennessee State University. The ambitious leadership style he has will take him a long way in the sports industry. His work ethic is second to none and I highly recommend Dominique to conquer any task in the sports world that may cross his path. He is the type of leader that does not only talk the talk but he walk the walk.
