I built a steady rapport with customers, ensuring quality service to everyone who comes in. This also means working in a timely, professional manner. A key responsibility I had was doing the daily cash up and end of day reports. I also took stock of the products and did the ordering. Supervisor

Feb 2020 - Jan 2021
I worked for the company over two different venues, supervisor at both. This involved being flexible with different styles of service as well as a variety of staff members and leading busy services successfully. Some of the main responsibilities was ensuring the opening and closing of the venue, handling the cash up and making sure procedures were being met. Assistant Manager

Nov 2018 - Jan 2020
At this venue, I worked over two floors with two different restaurants and styles but was predominately in the upstairs section which involved a more refined experience. I oversaw the roster for the front of house team comprising of 30 people and making a daily briefing sheet, making sure all staff were in their most confident positions. Part of this job involved meeting financial targets as well as administrative reporting. With this role, I also helped organize functions, including the set up for the events and ensuring the client was satisfied. Due to the restaurant setting, I looked after high net worth customers on a regular basis and ensured a high standard of service, in-line with their expectations. Show less

Support Worker
-
Jun 2018 - Jan 2019
I was a support worker at a respite house for children with learning disabilities. My main role was ensuring their safety while we were out, doing risk assessment and providing medication when needed. Another part of the job was to teach them to be confident with the public and encouraging them in activities to help provide equal opportunities within the community.
